WWE Money in the Bank has been an annual premium live event since 2010. The event anticipates future champions to claim their fame to glory and, of course, the title belt. Money in the Bank includes the flagship Men's and Women’s Ladder matches for the briefcase, allowing the winners to challenge for any title, anywhere, and at any time within a year.

Money in the Bank 2023 is scheduled for July 1, 2023, in the O2 Arena in London, UK. MITB in London is going to mark the return of WWE to The Swinging City, with the last one being a WWE Live event in 2022.

With MITB approximately a little more than a month away, WWE will begin the qualifying matches to decide which superstars will fly to London. These rounds can begin as early as next week, given the hype WWE wishes to build around MITB 2023. Furthermore, WWE needs to ensure that after Night of Champions, the path toward Money in the Bank isn’t chaotic but rather the build-up for new rivalries and matches, and for that, the company needs to start the groundwork soon.

Where are the winners of Money in the Bank 2022?

Liv Morgan and Austin Theory secured the victory for the Women’s and Men’s MITB 2022 Ladder matches, respectively.

Morgan successfully cashed in her MITB contract on the then-WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey last year. This victory marked Morgan’s first title run on the main roster.

However, she lost the SmackDown Women’s Title to Ronda Rousey at Extreme Rules 2022.

Currently, Liv Morgan is possibly out of action owing to an injury she suffered during a tag team title match. Her partner, Raquel Rodriguez, and she were forced to vacate the Women Tag Team titles following her injury.

On the other hand, Austin Theory cashed in his MITB 2022 contract against Seth Rollins for the United States Championship but lost due to interference from Bobby Lashley. Nevertheless, Theory went on to win the title in a triple-threat match against The All Mighty and The Drip God.

Currently, Theory is still the United States Champion and has successfully defended his title against the likes of Bobby Lashley, Bronson Reed, and John Cena on different occasions.
