Both Angle and Cena have come out in the past two days and talked about why they will not be facing each other at WrestleMania. Both have said that they would like to, but the factors at play are beyond their control.

However, this could be a misdirection by WWE leading up to the match, as they don't want the WWE Universe to expect such an outcome. This way, the fans would be pleasantly surprised at WrestleMania 35, when instead of Corbin, Cena comes out to face Angle.
