If rumors are to be believed, WWE has been pondering on replacing Baron Corbin with someone who the fans want to be Angle's final opponent.

At this point, a Cena return seems too far fetched, but anything can happen in sports entertainment. We might get an angle where Corbin is taken out of the match, to a sea of cheers from the live crowd.

Another storyline WWE might go with is let Angle's WrestleMania opponent be a mystery until the final moment. At The Show of Shows, Angle comes out and asks anyone to come out and give him a retirement match to remember forever. Out comes John Cena, and the two proceed to have a showdown.
This would be the perfect ode to Cena's debut, where both these Superstars had an incredible match.

Given the opportunity to script WWE’s next big storyline, Abhilash would treat fans to the second installment of The Bloodline Civil War. He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback. The angle would see The Tribal Chief-led group go head-to-head with The Rock, Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu in a blockbuster family feud.
