#4 Lack of success in singles runs

There could be a very real reason why WWE refuses to bring back Luke Harper for a singles run. And this is not because he's not a good hand in the ring, as some may believe. In fact, I would say that Harper may be the most underrated big man in the business right now.

It's just that even when he's been put into singles situations in the past, Harper has somehow never been able to capitalize on them. This is partly his character because it's impossible to buy into his character as a singles competitor. It is also WWE Creative's fault because they've been unable to come up with a compelling gimmick for the man.

Do not forget that Harper's a former Intercontinental Champion. But somehow, all his singles runs have been disappointments because of one reason or another, which is why the company's apprehensive about bringing him back.
