The Intercontinental Championship could be on the line at WWE Fastlane 2021 with Big E defending his title against Apollo Crews. Now, Crews has been slowly turning into a massive heel on the Blue brand, and he also attacked Big E on the SmackDown before Elimination Chamber 2021.

We are likely headed towards a clash between the two and that could very well happen at WWE Fastlane 2021. As for the results, we expect Big E to retain here, possibly via Apollo Crews getting himself disqualified, and go on to defend the Intercontinental Championship in a multi-man match at WrestleMania 37, also involving Crews.

It is all but confirmed that the winner of the 2021 women's Royal Rumble match Bianca Belair will choose to face SmackDown Women's Champion Sasha Banks at WrestleMania 37. The two teamed at Elimination Chamber 2021 to challenge the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler. However, they lost the match after Carmella's sommelier Reginald accidentally distracted Sasha Banks.

Now, Carmella has been massively involved in the SmackDown Women's Championship scene as well. In the coming weeks, we might see Bianca Belair officially announce Sasha Banks as her WrestleMania opponent, but Reginald could try to present the case for Carmella to also be in the match.

This could ultimately lead to Carmella facing Bianca Belair at WWE Fastlane 2021, with the stipulation being that if she wins, she'll be added to the WrestleMania 37 match between Bianca Belair and Sasha Banks.
