WWE News: Backstage video of Paige at RAW

What’s the story?

Paige, who was reportedly backstage at the RAW tapings this past Monday night, posted a video of herself alongside Renee Young:

Apparently, although Paige was rumoured to make her on-screen return this week, plans changed. Nevertheless, that doesn’t seem to have stopped the former WWE Divas Champion from letting fans in on her backstage footage.

In case you didn’t know…

Paige, whose real name is Saraya-Jade Bevis, is one of the most popular WWE Superstars in the world today.

The 25-year-old British pro-wrestler has been recovering from a neck injury which put her on the shelf for several months.

The heart of the matter

Speaking of which, Paige was cleared to train a while ago; and has been working off her ring rust at the WWE Performance Center over the past few days.

Furthermore, as we had previously reported, Paige is indeed scheduled to return to the WWE’s RAW brand. In fact, fans were also teased with a photograph of her entering the Phillips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, for the November 13th tapings of Monday Night RAW.

However, despite considerable fanfare, the Anti-Diva did not appear during RAW’s live broadcast. Regardless, the legions of Paige’s fans have been abuzz nonetheless owing to the aforementioned video posted by the Superstar on her official social media account where she’s seen jesting with WWE announcer Renee Young.

What’s next?

Paige is presently healthy and appears to have been cleared to resume pro-wrestling competition.

Paige is without a doubt one of the greatest female professional wrestlers of this generation.

Honestly speaking, the talented youngster is one of the most criminally underrated performers in the business today.
