What's the story?

Bray Wyatt recently took to Twitter and posted a message for the shareholders who had reportedly requested WWE ditch his new gimmick.

Wyatt posted a hashtag in his tweet, stating "I miss Roman", hinting at a potential feud with SmackDown Live Superstar, Roman Reigns.

In case you didn't know...

This past week's Monday Night Raw was a rollercoaster ride from beginning to end. AJ Styles became the #1 contender for Seth Rollins' Universal Title and Bobby Roode became Robert Roode. But what caught the fans' attention the most was Bray Wyatt's bizarre return.

The former 'Eater of Worlds' was featured in a vignette, showcasing him as a children's show host. The segment ended with Wyatt promising that he would never go back to being the villain he once was and decapitated his life-sized cardboard figure with a chainsaw.

The heart of the matter

Amidst rumors of WWE's stockholders and sponsors asking the company to ditch the gimmick, Bray Wyatt posted a response on Twitter. Wyatt stated that he loves the stockholders as well as everyone else. This statement was followed by a string of hashtags.

One of these hashtags read: "#ImissRoman", leading to the fans speculating that this might be an indication of Bray targeting Roman Reigns upon his eventual return to the squared circle.

At the moment, Reigns is involved in a feud with Elias on SmackDown Live. The two Superstars are set to face off at Money in the Bank. Could we see Bray Wyatt set his sights on the biggest Superstar on the blue show after the upcoming PPV is done and dusted with?

What's next?

There's no indication as to where Wyatt will end up when he shows up in person. His children's show promo was shown on both brands this week, and the hashtag geared towards Roman Reigns could mean that Bray might end up going to the blue show.
