What’s the story?
According to wrestlinginc.com, the next episode of Total Divas will feature a compromising texting storyline, that will show WWE Superstar and former Divas champion Maryse in a segment where she accidentally sends a nude selfie to a group of WWE Superstars.
In case you didn’t know...
Total Divas is a WWE-based reality show that airs on the E! Network and focuses on the lives of WWE’s female performers inside and outside the ring, starring the Bella Twins, Maryse, Natalya and Naomi amongst others.
The heart of the matter
The upcoming episode, which will be the 85th of the series, has been aptly titled as ‘Group Se**’ and will focus on Naomi (Trinity Fatu) and Renee Young’s tussle with Lana (CJ Perry), Brie Bella’s debate about having a kid as well as the aforementioned Se**ing angle involving Maryse Ouellet-Mizanin.

Author’s take
The WWE is a PG show now, however, shades of the wild and unpredictable Attitude Era keep showing up from time to time. Now, unlike most fans on social media who’d jump on their keyboards to accuse Maryse of being in on this work, I’d prefer to give the former Divas champion the benefit of the doubt here.
This may be an innocent mistake on part of one-half of the A-List couple and I, for one, hope the WWE and the E! creative team don’t blow up this issue unnecessarily.
