The WWE Universe witnessed history as Monday Night RAW kicked off the Superstar Shakeup by snagging some of Smackdown Live’s top stars such as Bray Wyatt, The Miz and Alexa Bliss, just to name a few.
This episode would be a night of redemption for the blue brand as Shane McMahon’s SmackDown Live would gain a few top-tier Superstars of their own.
Tonight's episode of Smackdown Live would kick off with a huge surprise as the WWE United States Champion Kevin Owens entered the arena to a huge ovation from the Boston fans. Kevin made sure he told the crowd that he was now the new face of SmackDown and that no one could beat him.

After a few words from Baron Corbin, Sami Zayn surfaced, becoming the second Superstar from RAW to jump ship and join the Smackdown Live roster.
