WWE News: Updated match card for WWE Live Event after Reigns' suspension

More Dean Ambrose vs Seth Rollins?

Shocking the WWE Universe, the company announced yesterday that the former 3 time WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns has been suspended for 30 days due to his first violation of the WWE’s Talent Wellness Policy.

Due to his suspension, the triple threat match in the upcoming Battleground pay-per-view for the WWE Championship is in jeopardy. WWE had to pull off Reigns from several Live events where he was featured in the main event as well.

As reported by Wrestlinginc.com, Roman Reigns has been taken out from the July 16th WWE live event from Madison Square Garden. Although the previous main event included the Muscle of the Shield, the new main event features the other two members of the disbanded group.

The Live event from Madison Square Garden will be headlined by a match between Seth Rollins and the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion Dean Ambrose.

Other matches that are advertised for the event include Neville vs Chris Jericho in a New York City Street Fight and John Cena vs AJ Styles.

Several other superstars will be appearing, which includes the WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day, The Club, Kevin Owens, Sheamus, Mark Henry, Apollo Crews, Natalya, Becky Lynch and others.

However, it is reported that the current WWE Women's Champion Charlotte, her father Ric Flair, and Zack Ryder have been pulled from the show.
