Following the crushing defeat suffered by Aleister Black on WWE RAW after Extreme Rules at the hands of Seth Rollins, respected pro wrestling journalist Sean Ross Sapp reported the following on his personal Twitter account, showcasing just how far down Aleister Black has come during his pro wrestling career.

Over a year. Over a year of not losing straight up singles matches done for Aleister Black. No mention of it

Once upon a time, comparisons were made between Aleister Black and The Undertaker, and then later with CM Punk. WWE got wind of these comparisons, saw how over he was getting with the crowd, and then he would be part of a massive undefeated streak on WWE RAW even picking up a big win over Bobby Lashley at WrestleMania.

Unfortunately, he has just become one of the guys on the WWE RAW roster at the moment and this week's loss to Seth Rollins diminished his mystique to a great degree in my opinion.

Of course, he could always bounce back and become the same feared Superstar he used to be, but it'll take some undoing of damage and some smart booking.
