Roman Reigns could potentially show up on RAW this week
Roman Reigns could potentially show up on RAW this week

Once again, only two matches may have been announced for WWE RAW this week, but at the same time, it is not too difficult to guess what could happen on this week's show based on the events of the week prior. So, to get you geared up and pumped before next week's show, we present your weekly WWE RAW preview, served hot and fresh for your reading pleasure.

Of course, a lot could change between now and the show, and some matches could be set up during WWE RAW as well. But from what we know thus far, this seems like a very likely card, with how things stand.

#5 Could The Hurt Business upset The New Day to become the brand new WWE RAW Tag Team Champions, changing the Survivor Series card?

The Hurt Business actually scored a huge victory over The New Day not long ago and they have a big chance at becoming the WWE RAW Tag Team Champions on this week's show. It would make sense for them to upset The New Day, considering that they are heels and that The Street Profits are pure babyfaces. Plus, it allows The New Day to recapture the WWE RAW Tag Team Championships and add another victory to their record.

Don't forget that The Hurt Business has the numbers advantage and both Bobby Lashley and MVP could interfere in the proceedings resulting in a massive victory for their boys.

This is how WWE.com describes the WWE RAW Tag Team Championship match, which has massive Survivor Series 2020 consequences:

Will The Hurt Business indeed take care of business and go on to face SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Street Profits at Survivor Series? Or will The Power of Positivity prevail once more

#4 Randy Orton and Drew McIntyre clash over the WWE Championship on WWE RAW in a heated match

Of course, the big match on WWE RAW this week is the rematch between Randy Orton and Drew McIntyre for the WWE Championship. If Drew McIntyre does manage to win the huge match on WWE RAW, the Survivor Series 2020 card could look very different.

This is how WWE.com has been hyping up this big match for the biggest prize in the business:

Now, thanks to a decision relayed by WWE Official Adam Pierce, The Viper must once again go head-to-head against the Scottish Superstar in a WWE Title Rematch. Who will emerge victorious and go on to face Universal Champion Roman Reigns at Survivor Series?

And don't forget that The Miz has been lurking in the darkest corners of WWE RAW with the Money in the Bank contract too.

The company will want to make both men look very strong indeed as the two top stars in the WWE RAW brand, so the finish of this match could feature some interference.

#3 Could Roman Reigns and the rest of the SmackDown roster show up, invading the Red brand?

Roman Reigns and Drew McIntyre got into a heated altercation on SmackDown this past week and many felt that it was setting up a dream match for a date up the road, far beyond Survivor Series. Because Randy Orton has just become the WWE Champion, it would be weird to see him lose the title so very soon, meaning that Roman Reigns could show up this week and cost Drew McIntyre his opportunity.

And Roman Reigns may not be the only Superstar to show up from the SmackDown brand, honestly. Could we see yet another clash between Sasha Banks and Asuka on WWE RAW this week and could we finally see Bobby Lashley and Sami Zayn renew their rivalry without Lashley's sisters present?

In fact, Roman Reigns may run into Braun Strowman or some other WWE Superstar from the WWE RAW brand as well, and wrestle in the main event, just as Drew McIntyre did last week on SmackDown.

#2 Can the WWE RAW Women's Survivor Series team last until Survivor Series?

Nia Jax has declared herself the WWE RAW Women's Team Captain, but not everyone in the WWE RAW Women's Survivor Series team seems to be in agreement, including her own tag team partner, Shayna Baszler. And can you really expect Nia Jax and Lana to coexist in the WWE RAW Survivor Series team when the latter goes through a table every week? Plus, remember that Mandy Rose probably suffered an injury in last week's episode of WWE RAW and her status may be uncertain.

Yes, the Survivor Series team for the men on WWE RAW seems like it's on the verge of imploding as well, but the women may have far more issues than the men, from the way that things are lined up.

Could Liv Morgan and Ruby Riott from SmackDown show up on WWE RAW and come face-to-face with Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler to set up a title feud for some point down the line on the Blue Brand?

#1 What devious plans do The Fiend and Alexa Bliss have for the WWE RAW brand this week?

youtube-cover

There are two possibilities for WWE RAW Superstars Bray Wyatt and Alexa Bliss this week, as they continue to rain terror and dismay upon the WWE RAW roster. They could either continue being a part of the crowded WWE Championship picture with Randy Orton and Drew McIntyre (in addition to The Miz) or alternately, they may make their intentions about The Undertaker public.

WWE RAW Superstar Alexa Bliss has been in the spotlight for another reason, and that is her engagement with her boyfriend Ryan Cabrera, but she could show a very different side of herself on this week's show.

In fact, she could commence on a storyline of her own with Nikki Cross, where the two women come to blows, setting up a program for after Survivor Series.

In time, Alexa Bliss could move up the ranks and take Asuka on for the WWE RAW Women's Championship, providing she starts racking up victories in her new, ominous Harley Quinn-ish avatar.
