WWE Raw Reunion is a little over two days away. WWE is hyping it up as the biggest reunion in the history of its flagship show, Monday Night Raw. It is being touted as a very special and auspicious occasion. It has quickly become one of the most highly anticipated shows of the year and fans are eager to see what WWE has in store for them on this massive ocassion.

It will be held at Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida. It will stream live on the USA Network, regular updates and videos will be posted on WWE's official website and Youtube channel.

As it is being touted as a reunion, WWE's biggest stars from the past and the present will be under the same roof. The Universal Champion, Brock Lesnar, is slated to appear. Seth Rollins, AJ Styles, Braun Strowman, The New Day and other top stars from Raw and SmackDown Live will appear.

More than 35 legends are advertised to appear. Stone Cold Steve Austin, Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, D-Generation X (excluding Billy Gunn), Kurt Angle, Mick Foley are among the enormous list of legends. Some like John Cena and The Rock have teased showing up, hence WWE may have a surprise or two planned for the show.

However, they are a few stars who might not show up at Raw Reunion. These stars are either too busy to appear or they may have chosen not to appear on the show.

Neverthless, here are 4 legends who are not expected to appear at Raw Reunion.

4. Edge

It's extremely astounding that WWE didn't announce Edge for the greatest reunion in the history of Raw. Edge's best friend, Christian, is expected to appear on the show but the Rated R Superstar hasn't been advertised. This comes as a shock to many fans as Edge is considered to be one of WWE's all-time greats.

An eleven-time World Champion, former Intercontinental Champion, the first-ever Money in the Bank winner and a Hall of Famer in Edge might not be a part of one of the greatest shows in the history of Raw.

WWE may have not felt the need to advertise Edge for the show, which could mean that Edge might be making an unannounced appearance. However, WWE has been updating the list of legends for Raw Reunion throughout the week and Edge's name hasn't been mentined at all.

3. Goldberg

It's completely understandable that Goldberg was the face of WWE's rival brand, WCW, for a long time, but that doesn't take anything away from the prestigious legacy Goldberg has built up for over 20 years. Goldberg was one of the most intimidating and powerful athletes we have ever seen. He had the longest undefeated streak in WCW history, he remained unbeaten for 173 matches straight.

Goldberg eventually signed with WWE and made one of the best debuts in WWE history. He went on to win the World Heavyweight Championship and feuded with the likes of Triple H, The Rock, and Brock Lesnar. When Goldberg returned in late 2016, he had one of the best runs in recent memory. He won the Universal Championship too from Kevin Owens. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2018. Needless to say, Goldberg had every right to be at Raw Reunion.

Recently, Goldberg had an forgettable match with The Undertaker at Super-ShowDown. Unfortunately, Goldberg suffered a head injury during the match and looked miserable throughout the match. Backstage, he took the blame for the poor quality of the match. He recovering from a head injury, which might be the reason for his absence from Raw Reunion.

2. Bret Hart

In what comes to most fans as a surprise, Bret Hart is not scheduled to appear at Raw Reunion. A recent report suggests that the Hitman was invited to the show, but he turned it down. The Hall of Famer raised quite a few eye-brows with this shocking announcement, but it is unclear why Hart would refuse to show up.

Hart was recently seen at AEW Double or Nothing, where he unveiled the AEW World Heavyweight title. His recent affiliation and commitments with AEW may have forced him to refuse the invitation, but we can't say that with certainty. Moreover, Hart was attacked at this year's Hall of Fame ceremony by a fan. Hart may be skeptical of his safety in a WWE ring after such a dangerous event. However, Hart hasn't provided an explanation for the invitation's rejection.

The Hitman is arguably one of the all-time greats. His legacy is unparalleled and there will never be anyone that can replace Hart. It's a massive disappointment that he isn't going to be a part of the greatest reunion in WWE history.

1.Batista

Dave Bautista is one of the few individuals who found considerable success in WWE and Hollywood. Dave has become a big-time star in Hollywood, having been a part of many blockbuster movies.

Batista returned to WWE in February this year to set up a feud with arch-rival, Triple H. The feud would continue up till Wrestlemania where the two former Evolution members fought each other in a No Holds Barred match. The Animal forced the Game to put his career on the line at WrestleMania, but the Game walked out victorious. Batista quietly announced his retirement from in-ring competition a few hours after his battle with Triple H. WWE acknowledged his retirement but the Animal wasn't given the proper send-off he deserved.

When WWE announced Raw Reunion, many fans expected that Batista would appear on the show. However, Batista has clearly parted ways with WWE and has focused completely on a career in Hollywood. His busy schedule is what is preventing him from appearing on the show.
