WWE Roadblock: End of the Line – 7 possible shocks we could see at the PPV

Samoa Joe could finally make his main roster debut on Sunday

#6 New Day survive again

The New Day may retain the titles despite already breaking the record

Earlier this week, after surviving two gruelling triple threat tag matches on Raw, the New Day broke the record for the longest reigning Tag Team Champions in WWE history, breaking Demolition’s record of 478 days.

Now that this milestone has been achieved by the trio, many WWE fans expect them to drop the titles at Roadblock, with Cesaro and Sheamus poised to capture the gold.

While this may indeed happen, WWE often delay the inevitable, and they may just wait until a larger event like the Royal Rumble 2017 or Wrestlemania 33 comes around for New Day to finally drop the titles.

It would draw a bigger pop from a larger audience, and it would definitely be a fitting stage for the end of New Day’s historic title reign. If WWE do indeed have this mindset, the New Day may shockingly retain this Sunday despite all signs pointing to a Sheamus and Cesaro victory.
