Paul Heyman has done an excellent job in improving Monday Night RAW and has given a renewed focus to the upper mid-card on the Red brand. Every Superstar seems to have a story or a purpose now, making the show feel more important.
Heyman is currently building several new stars, integrating them with big names like Rey Mysterio among others. The best way to showcase the excellent talent on RAW at WrestleMania is to have a multi-man match for the United States Championship.
Andrade, the current champion, is suspended for violating the WWE Wellness Policy. However, the fact that he did not drop the title shows that the company is completely behind him. Giving him a big title defense against six of RAW's best upper mid-carders would make his reign mean more.
A ladder match would be a tremendous platform for the likes of Humberto Carrillo and Ricochet to get more over and progress up the card on the Red brand.
