Brock Lesnar is arguably the toughest superstar in WWE. He has battled the strongest men the company has ever produced and put them down one by one.

Over the years, Lesnar has worked well with Paul Heyman by his side. However, he has shown a completely different side to himself in his current run in the company.

There are many superstars backstage who are afraid of sharing the same ring with The Beast Incarnate. At the same time, there are a few superstars with whom Lesnar likes to work with.

Meanwhile, there are a handful of names with whom Lesnar probably doesn’t like working with or won’t work with in the future. With that in mind, take a look at the three superstars Brock Lesnar likes working with in WWE, and two he probably doesn’t.

The list of people Brock Lesnar has put over in his WWE career isn’t very long. One of the superstars who sits at the top of that list is Seth Rollins. In 2019, the two men had a long rivalry for the Universal Championship that saw them compete in multiple premium live events.

They had their first match at WrestleMania 35 that was won by Rollins. The Beast Incarnate got his revenge at Extreme Rules where he took the title back from The Visionary. Rollins then pinned Lesnar for a second time at SummerSlam to become the Universal Champion again.

In an interview with talkSPORT, Rollins spoke about how the two men met backstage and bonded over a six-pack of his favorite beers. He also revealed that Brock Lesnar had some good ideas for their match.

“Initially when the card first came out, we were supposed to go on right before them [first women’s main event]. Brock was like ‘No, we need to do something different. It’s going to hurt both matches if they’re back-to-back… It’s going to take the wind out of the sails of both finishes,” Rollins said.

In December 2019, Seth Rollins also spoke about The Beast Incarnate’s reputation backstage in a Gorilla Position live show. The Visionary revealed that he earned Lesnar’s respect and got to know him better.

“Oh yeah, loves the banter, that one. You know what, man, he’s an interesting dude. He certainly… everything you’ve heard about him and read about him is dead on. There’s no exaggeration. But the truth is when you get to know him and you get the opportunity to get in there and earn his respect – because you do have to earn it – he is absolutely one of the best professional wrestlers on the planet, period, when he wants to show up, when he really wants to.”

It looks like Rollins and Lesnar have bonded well over the years, and like to work with each other. Fans have already seen the two men share the ring a couple of times since their Universal Championship feud.

Brock Lesnar has a very close inner circle in WWE. Fans can count the number of men who are reportedly close to him on their fingers.

Riddle, on the other hand, has tried to become “bros” with several top superstars. After a great partnership with Pete Dunne in WWE NXT, Riddle has been enjoying his partnership with Randy Orton on RAW.

However, The Original Bro hasn’t shown much respect to Brock Lesnar in his interviews and has even promised to defeat The Beast Incarnate and retire him from in-ring competition. According to Alex McCarthy of talkSPORT, Lesnar and Riddle have already had a heated confrontation backstage during the 2020 Royal Rumble. Here's what Lesnar reportedly said:

"Kid, you might as well stop saying my name and tagging me in s--t because you and I will never work together. Ever."

The former Universal Champion’s words suggest that he probably does not want to work with Riddle at any point in his career. That could explain why Brock Lesnar easily eliminated Riddle during the 2022 Royal Rumble match.

R-Truth is arguably the best comedic gimmick in WWE. The man who made the 24/7 Championship scene interesting has had encounters with some of the biggest names in sports entertainment.

In early 2020, R-Truth and Lesnar had some interesting exchanges on RAW. Their segments saw Lesnar have a good laugh on television - something that is extremely rare. But that did not stop Lesnar from taking the veteran to Suplex City.

In an interview following their encounter, R-Truth revealed that The Beast Incarnate was interested in working with the former 24/7 Champion in the future.

"The magic just went on man, it kept going on. And after that segment was over, we’re in the back and Brock was still laughing. He said ‘Bro, we got to do something together. There’s something there. I don’t know what it is, but there’s something there. And we left it there. I know that’s something we can always go back and pick up. But that is one of the highest moments in my career right there," R-Truth said.

Brock Lesnar is a mean individual who prefers to do only a handful of matches each year. Keeping that in mind, it’s interesting that he wanted to work with Truth more in the future. R-Truth is one of the very few men Lesnar likes to work with in WWE.

#2. Brock Lesnar had a meltdown backstage after a match against John Cena in WWE

"He's one of, if not the best ever."

Brock does look VERY mean

John Cena hasn’t shied away from praising Brock Lesnar to the WWE Universe. The Doctor of Thuganomics has gone far enough to call him one of the greatest in-ring performers of all time.

However, if reports are to be believed, the feelings aren’t mutual. Lesnar and Cena have had a few intense matches in WWE. However, The Beast Incarnate has been unhappy with Cena’s antics after one of their contests.

After the two superstars competed at the Extreme Rules event in 2012, Lesnar had a meltdown backstage. Cena was supposed to get carried away on a stretcher after a beatdown from Lesnar. Instead, The Champ got back on his feet to cut a promo.

The Beast Incarnate was unhappy with how things progressed and shouted at officials backstage after what happened. Reports have also suggested that Brock Lesnar "bad-mouthed Cena to Vince McMahon many times," and that he "absolutely positively hated and detested John."

Brock Lesnar has worked with some of the biggest men in WWE today. Drew McIntyre has emerged as one of the most athletic big men in the company and has taken the ring by storm over the past three years or so.

In 2020, McIntyre and Lesnar had a fiery rivalry that lit up the entire RAW brand. During their exchanges, McIntyre got the upper hand many times. At WrestleMania 36, The Scottish Psychopath defeated Brock Lesnar to win the WWE Championship.

On an episode of Sportskeeda’s Dropkick DiSKussions podcast, a segment on an episode of RAW before the event was discussed. It was noted that The Beast Incarnate wanted to put McIntyre over during the segment and took the fall for him several times.

"In addition to that, when you hear the crowd chanting one more time, Brock Lesnar heard it, Lesnar got up. He showed for it. Lesnar is doing everything he can to put Drew McIntyre over and he's been doing that since the Royal Rumble match. Brock is really invested in this and it's great to see. It really shows the amount of respect between the two men and it really shows how good a match we're going to get."
