My Hero Academia season 7 episode 11 picks up where the previous episode ended, with Bakugo taking a serious hit from Shigaraki after his strongest attack fails to wound the villain. The heroes fail to contact Deku, and Aizawa urges Jeanist, Mirko, and Edgeshot to protect Bakugo. Meanwhile, Amajiki and Nejire discuss their post-war graduation plans, and Mirio joins the scene.

The Big 3 of UA then take charge of the fight against Shigaraki to buy time until Deku arrives. Shigaraki plans to use Bakugo to enrage Deku, taunting Bakugo that he’ll always be overshadowed by OFA. Nejire attacks Shigaraki, who uses Bakugo as a shield, forcing Nejire to redirect her attack. Shigaraki then targets Nejire, but Amajiki intervenes, though his efforts are insufficient to stop Shigaraki.

Fortunately, Mirio rescues Bakugo with Jeanist's help and confronts Shigaraki, questioning his motives. Shigaraki's answer leads Mirio to conclude that he lacks true friends. Using Nejire's shockwave, Mirio finally lands a significant blow on Shigaraki.

Meanwhile, Jeanist checks Bakugo’s injury and notices his tears. He encourages Bakugo, saying that he did great. Despite the setback, a resilient Bakugo plans his next move, impressing Jeanist with his unwavering dedication.

In My Hero Academia season 7 episode 11, the focus returns to Togata and Shigaraki’s showdown. Mirio’s words have a significant impact on him, triggering flashbacks of his childhood. He insists that he does have friends, surprising Mirio, who realizes he struck a nerve. AFO declares that his fusion with Shigaraki’s body is complete, stating they’re now one entity.

However, AFO acknowledges that Tenko Shimura, the remnants of Shigaraki's past self, still lingers. Determined to end the fight swiftly, Shigaraki/AFO targets Bakugo. A flashback reveals Mirio’s plan to buy time and keep Shigaraki away from Bakugo, but their efforts prove ineffective against Shigaraki/AFO’s overwhelming power.

My Hero Academia season 7 episode 11 shows another brief flashback of the trio’s past. In the present, Amajiki charges up with Nejire’s shockwave, preparing their ultimate combo move. Determined to save everyone, Amajiki fires the Vast Hybrid Plasma Cannon, destroying Shigaraki's growths. However, their ultimate move is still insufficient, and Shigaraki retaliates with more growths.

At this time, Bakugo stands up despite his severe injuries, ready to fight again. Jeanist tries to stop him, but Bakugo attacks Shigaraki with incredible speed, blasting his face. He successfully predicts and dodges Shigaraki's counterattack, shocking everyone.

In the closing scenes of My Hero Academia season 7 episode 11, the narrative explains Bakugo's new move, Cluster. It causes his sweat to form beads and exerts tremendous pressure on his sweat glands, granting him incredible speed. Bakugo acknowledges the intense pain and pressure he’s enduring, recognizing that this is the level of struggle Deku has faced all along.

He wonders if he's still catching up to Deku. Meanwhile, Shigaraki/AFO questions why Bakugo, despite being a “nobody,” is such a challenge. This prompts AFO to recall Kudo, the second OFA user. Determined to finish Bakugo, AFO launches his offense.

Meanwhile, Bakugo sees All Might’s vestige and recalls their first meeting, his admiration for All Might since childhood, and his wish for an autograph, while holding an All Might card. Shigaraki/AFO strikes Bakugo despite the heroes’ attempts to shield him, sending everyone flying. Bakugo and his card fall to the ground.

A newscaster mentions upcoming rain. Bakugo’s parents express concern since he hates rain. At the sky coffin, the heroes recover from the attack while Shigaraki/AFO declares that now it’s his time to shine with his newly completed vessel. The episode concludes with Jeanist preparing to tend to Bakugo’s wounds, only to realize that the attack has ruptured Bakugo’s heart.
