My Hero Academia: Vigilantes episode 10 - Pop prepares for her first live performance as Knuckleduster goes after Kuin Hachisuka

With the release of My Hero Academia: Vigilantes episode 10, the anime delved a bit deeper into Knuckleduster, giving fans some insights into his actions. Additionally, the episode focused on Pop, who had received an offer to perform at a small event. Fortunately, with Makoto on board, the event slowly became much bigger.

The anime's previous episode saw Koichi and Makoto accompanying Koichi's mother, Shouko Haimawari, in Asakusa. That's when a Trigger-injected cat happened to jump atop their bus, turning their bus into a villain. While Ingenium arrived on the scene to rescue everyone, had it not been for Koichi's awakening, the hero may have failed at saving Makoto.

My Hero Academia: Vigilantes episode 10, titled Event Announcement, opened with Knuckleduster visiting his wife at the Naruhata Disaster Medical Centre. His wife was apparently a victim of Kuin Hachisuka's attack and had since been admitted due to her complex condition.

Elsewhere, Soga Kugizaki, on Knuckleduster's command, tried locating Kuin Hachisuka using her uniform. Moments later, one of Kuin's friends approached him, wanting to share information. However, just as she realized that Soga was working for someone else, she attacked him with Kuin's bees. Fortunately, Soga's friends Moyoru Touchi and Rapt Toukage rescued him on time.

Later, Soga met with Knuckleduster at the hospital to share what he had learned about the bee user. During this, the vigilante also revealed that he was using Koichi and Pop, hoping for them to keep attracting attention to themselves. When Soga met Koichi and Pop, it seemed as though he wanted to share what he had learned with them, but ultimately chose not to.

My Hero Academia: Vigilantes episode 10 then gave fans a glimpse of Kuin Hachisuka's house. Apparently, she had killed her parents using her bees and planned on relocating after she got bored. Right after, the episode switched to Pop, who received a surprise offer to perform on the rooftop of Marukane Department Store.

While she was an idol, she had never performed on stage, and was worried about her decision.

While Koichi was uncertain about what Kazuho should do, Knuckleduster thought there was no harm in trying it out. With that decided, Koichi invited Makoto Tsukauchi to help Pop with her performance. While Kazuho was mad at Koichi for telling Makoto her secret alias, Makoto had deduced it herself.

After Pop agreed to work with her, Makoto instantly deduced the event's vibe and what Pop could expect. Considering that the event was no more than a karaoke event, Makoto decided to make it much bigger by having Captain Celebrity involved at the event. While this development made Pop happy, she also became more nervous.

The episode ended with Kuin Hachisuka learning about the Marukane Department Store event and feeling a zing. That's when one of her friends spotted her, asking her about Soga Kugizaki. Right after Kuin acted like she had no idea about the person, Knuckleduster spotted her, confirming her as his target.
