Vampire Dormitory episode 3, titled The Pretty Boy Stays Over, started with Takara and Juri inviting Mito on a camping trip. She got excited and asked Ruka for permission, who blushed and agreed to go alongside her. The next day, they reached the camping site and enjoyed the scenery.

They were also met with a surprise neighbor, as Ren also decided to camp right next to their spot. Ruka got jealous and threw Mito into the water to show Ren how close they were. They played for a while, and Ruka blushed again after witnessing Mito. Mito ran away from him to change her clothes.

Everyone then went for a quick bath in the hot springs. Later, Mito entered the hot spring alone but was confronted by Ruka, who followed her. Ruka insisted on bathing with her and entered the hot springs. Mito tried her best not to reveal her truth, and they had a conversation, after which she left and fainted because she soaked for too long.

Ren carried her to the tent, where he confronted Ruka. Ruka carried Mito to the tent and tried to get too close to her. He then remembered that he could not get too close to anyone other than his destined partner. Later, Komori also arrived and reminded Ruka to be wary of his actions.
