Francis McCaffery is an American college basketball coach, who currently serves as the men's basketball head coach at the University of Iowa, leading the Iowa Hawkeyes men's basketball team. Before his time at Iowa, McCaffery held coaching positions at Siena Saints men's basketball from 2005 to 2010 and UNCGreensboro from 1999 to 2005.
