The Stellar Blade completion time averages around 20 hours, but it will most certainly vary from player to player. Keep in mind that the game contains a multitude of side quests, difficult boss encounters, and multiple endings, so a longer run time is to be expected. For this particular completion time estimate, we have taken into account the duration of just the main campaign.

Assuming you avoid most of the side quests and rush through the campaign, Stellar Blade can be completed in just under 20 hours. This does not take into account points of failure during boss battles.

A run that encompasses all of the available side quests, collectibles, and more will take around 30+ hours, however.

While it may seem tempting to rush through the campaign, it is highly recommended you take your time with the game and explore everything it has to offer. This takes into account the time needed to master Stellar Blade's intense combat system, which makes up the bulk of the gameplay. Combat in Stellar Blade is punishing but rewarding, and you can expect to be forced to retry boss battles multiple times until you get into the perfect rhythm.

Furthermore, one of the game's endings is dependent on your exploration progress, and thus, a thorough playthrough is recommended.

Stellar Blade also features a New Game Plus mode, which should have you clocking in an additional 20-30 hours of playtime.

There are a total of 15 story missions in Stellar Blade. This naturally affects Stellar Blade completion time, as exploring some of these sections does take up a fair bit of your time - given the abundance of collectibles, chests, and upgrades on offer.
