Lionel Messi could be subject to a whopping bid of around £357 million

Manchester City plot staggering £357 million bid for Lionel Messi

It's only been half a day since Lionel Messi showed the world just how good he is, by netting a hattrick against Ecuador to propel Argentina towards the World Cup in Russia next year. However, talks about his future continue to steal a fraction of the limelight from his football.

Latest reports from The Sun suggest that his future at current club Barcelona could be approaching its end, as Manchester City are reportedly eyeing a mind-blowing bid of about £357 million to reunite Leo Messi and Pep Guardiola.

With not long left on his Barcelona contract, Messi still hasn't signed a new deal with the La Liga giants, prompting many fans to worry about the situation.

While the Barcelona authorities seem to believe that it's just a matter of time before Messi puts pen to paper on a new deal, the reports claim that Manchester City have opened talks with the Argentine's "inner circles"

Real Madrid are reportedly willing to sell Cristiano Ronaldo back to Manchester United

It's almost a necessity to bring up questions over Cristiano Ronaldo's future every time a transfer window is approaching. Naturally, with the next transfer window just over 2 and a half months away, reports emerged earlier today that claimed that the Portuguese talisman may well be on his way out of Real Madrid in the near future.

As per the Daily Star via Diario Gol, Ronaldo has demanded a hike in wages yet again and has allegedly threatened to leave the club if his demands are not met.

However, the reports also add that the Los Blancos' management is growing tired of the 32-year old's tantrums and might actually be willing to offload their club legend, if an appropriate offer is received.

Manchester United have always been frontrunners everytime talks of Ronaldo's potential departure from Madrid arise. Jose Mourinho has publicly expressed his opinion on how wonderful a player Ronaldo is and could attempt to make the most of the unrest between Ronaldo and Madrid to try and lure the superstar back to Old Trafford

The reports further claim that United have already tabled a formal offer, which Florentino Perez, (who seems to have taken Ronaldo's presence for granted) hasn't yet taken seriously.

Is Harry Kane really worth that much?

Real Madrid to offer 3 stars in exchange for Harry Kane

Tottenham's Harry Kane has rediscovered the stellar form he enjoyed last season and has been red-hot this season, yet again. Unsurprisingly, he has attracted attention from a number of clubs around Europe, with Real Madrid being the most notable suitors.

After reports emerged earlier this week, spreading word about Madrid's interest in Kane, fresh reports from The Sun, today, claim that the Los Blancos could try to bait Tottenham into selling their star striker, by offering not one, but 3 of their galacticos in return.

Zinedine Zidane is known to be extremely fond of Harry Kane, and is desperate enough to lose 3 important players along the way to getting the Englishman. The reports indicate that the three nominated makeweights are none other than Karim Benzema, along with former Spurs duo Luka Modric and Gareth Bale.

Manchester City enter race to sign Manchester United target

After their arch-rivals unsuccessfully pursued Monaco's Fabinho earlier this summer, Premier League side Manchester City have now reportedly entered the picture. The Red Devils were embroiled in a mini-saga with the Brazilian, but failed to seal the deal.

Reports in The Sun claim that Fabinho's rise to prominence has also caught the attention of Pep Guardiola, who could look to beat arch-nemesis Jose Mourinho to the signing of the 23-year old

The midfielder could cost Manchester City a cool £67 million, which is not the kind of figure that will ward of a team looking for a long-term replacement for the ageing Yaya Toure.

Will Olivier Giroud ply his trade in Italy January onwards?

Juventus and Inter Milan eye Arsenal's Olivier Giroud

The arrival of Alexandre Lacazette at Arsenal has ostensibly pushed Olivier Giroud lower down the Gunners' pecking order. The Frenchman was touted to leave earlier this summer, after being told by Arsene Wenger that he was free to go. The striker even admitted that he came close to moving to Everton, but decided to stay at Arsenal instead.

However, the 31-year old has only managed 3 Premier League starts this season, and could push for a move to Italy in the January transfer window, with Serie A giants Juventus and Inter Milan reportedly registering interest, as per the Daily Star.

While Inter are in the hunt for an able striker to partner Mauro Icardi up front, Juventus are in need of someone to replace Mario Mandzukic.

AC Milan want Real Madrid's Dani Ceballos

Despite arriving at Real Madrid, from Real Betis 3 months ago, in the summer transfer window, Dani Ceballos has failed to settle down at the Spanish capital and has only made a total of 6 appearances in all competitions so far this season.

With a plethora of talented midfielders in the form of Luka Modric, Toni Kroos, Casemiro, Mateo Kovacic and Isco to compete against for a spot in the starting 11, the 21-year old is unlikely to find regular play time, and could be on his way out of Madrid in the next few months.

Serie A giants AC Milan, who are on an unstoppable spending spree, are reportedly keen on recruiting the Spaniard on a loan deal for the rest of the 2017-18 season, which could be beneficial for all involved parties.

Where will Aubameyang play next season?

Aubameyang triggers transfer speculation once again after snubbing new contract

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang created plenty of hub-bubs earlier in the summer, after he publicly expressed his desire to move back to former club - AC Milan, instead of staying at Borussia Dortmund. However, no such move materialized and the striker stayed in Germany.

Despite making an excellent start to the season with Dortmund and being contracted until 2020, the Gabonese striker has put a number of big European clubs on alert, after refusing to sign a staggering new contract extension, as per reports from Calciomercato.

In light of these recent developments, AC Milan have been dragged back into the picture and could push for a move in January, as they will be unable to sign him later if they fail to qualify for the UEFA Champions League.

Notably, English Premier League champions Chelsea are also reportedly interested in signing Aubameyang as a replacement for rebel star Diego Costa, and are allegedly plotting a "mega-bid" for the 28-year old.

Hamburg to offer Manchester City target a new contract

Bundesliga side Hamburg will be wary of attention from big European clubs towards their 20-year old sensation - Tatsuya Ito. The Japanese winger has been in exquisite touch and has impressed fans and pundits alike.

European giants like Inter Milan and Manchester City are believed to be monitoring Ito, and have been linked with him over potential January moves. However, according to Sport Bild, Hamburg are desperate to keep hold of their prospect, and are set to offer him a new contract, in a bid to fight off the attention from aforementioned sides.

Will Casemiro be allowed to leave Real Madrid?

Paris Saint-Germain line up Real Madrid's Casemiro as N'golo Kante's alternative

After shattering the world transfer record to bring Neymar to Paris, and agreeing to spend over a €100 million more on Kylian Mbappe next summer, Ligue 1 side Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly on course to continue their financial blitzkrieg.

According to the Daily Express, Unai Emery is still keen on recruiting reinforcements for his midfield and has identified Chelsea's N'Golo Kante as his top target, due to the Frenchman's string of performances over the past couple of seasons.

However, prying Kane away from Conte will be next to impossible (if not impossible), and Unai Emery seems to be displaying prudence in identifying an alternative, who is none other than Real Madrid's bulwark - Casemiro.

The reports claim that the Brazilian could consider a move to Paris, where PSG will undoubtedly pay him well unless Los Blancos agree to bump up his current deal and throw in some extra dough.

Arsenal want Julian Draxler in Alexis Sanchez swap deal

The Arsene Wenger-led side, it seems, have resigned to losing Alexis Sanchez. The Chilean talisman had categorically told the club that he wanted to leave Arsenal earlier in the summer, in search of UEFA Champions League football.

Despite strong interest from Manchester City, Wenger's decision of not selling to a rival ensured that Sanchez stayed at the Emirates, although it gives rise to the risk of losing the winger for free next season, once his contract expires.

With Sanchez showing no hint of a desire to sign a new contract with Arsenal, the Gunners are likely to accept offers for the winger in January. Meanwhile, Paris Saint-Germain have been linked with Sanchez before and could push to lure him to Paris in January.

Reports emerging from Europe claim that the Parisians could use Julian Draxler, who is deemed as surplus to requirements at PSG, as bait to get Arsenal to play ball. Wenger is known to be fond of Draxler and could actually consider a swap deal for Draxler, which could see Sanchez travel the other way.
