Clubs in Europe are quite busy in the transfer market, as they prepare for the next season. Reports today suggest Chelsea have agreed a big-money move for a Premier League star, whilst Manchester United have agreed to personal terms with a former player.

A certain Liverpool star is on the verge of leaving, whilst Barcelona have announced the signing of another defender.

Here are the transfer rumours doing the rounds on July 13th:

Serie A

Napoli have agreed to a fee of €2m with Sunderland to sign Emanuele Giaccherini, reports Gazzetta dello Sport. The Italian international has agreed to a three-year contract worth €1.5m a season.

Wolfsburg are interested in signing Juventus star Simone Zaza, and have already met his representatives, reports Tutto Mercato Web. The Italian international could cost around €25m-€30m.

Inter Milan are interested in signing Sporting Lisbon midfielder Joao Mario, who had an impressive campaign at the Euros, reports Sport Mediaset. The club’s new Chinese owners could help complete a deal for the player.

English Premier League

N’Golo Kante is closing on a move to Chelsea

Chelsea have agreed to a €35m with Leicester City for N’Golo Kante, reports Le Parisien. The Frenchman has agreed to sign a five-year deal, and a transfer could be completed in the upcoming days.

Liverpool defender Martin Skrtel has completed his medicals at Fenerbahce, according to an official statement by the Turkish club. The Slovakian skipper should now complete his €6m move away from Anfield.

According to the Manchester Evening News, Pogba will join United only if they come in wth a project. his agent Mino Railo was quoted as saying,“If you come with a project that will make Paul want to leave, we'll talk with the club.”

La Liga

Thomas Vermaelen might have well played his last game for Barcelona

West Ham are serious about their interest in Barcelona defender Thomas Vermaelen, and have submitted an offer, reports Spanish daily Sport. Vermaelen, however, wants to return to Arsenal, and is waiting for their call.

Middlesbrough officials are expected to arrive in Spain today to complete deals for Valencia players Alvaro Negredo and Antonio Barragan, reports Super Deporte. A deal for Barragan could be completed quickly, but any deal for Negredo is a bit complicated.

Barcelona have no interest in signing German defender Jonas Hector, reports Mundo Deportivo. The Catalan club have announced the signing of Paris-Saint Germain defender Lucas Digne.

Rest of Europe

Leroy Sane
Leroy Sane was called up to the German team owing to his performances for Schalke

Manchester City are interested in signing German star Leroy Sane, and are ready to make an offer of €50m, according to Der Westen. The player has a release clause of €37m, which can only be activated next season.

Hull City are in talks with Ligue 1 player Lamine Sane over a possible move, reports L’Equipe. The player has just one year left on his contract and has indicated he wants to leave the club.

Everton and Sunderland are interested in signing Rubin Kazan star Yann M’Vila, reports RMC Sport. Sunderland are already in discussions with Rubin Kazan, but haven’t reached an agreement yet.
