That said, here are all the Medallions in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 3 and what they do:

1) Infernal Defenses Medallion

The Infernal Defenses Medallion grants increased reload speed and regenerates shield every second, up to 50 shield. The unique combination of increased reload and consistent shield recharge makes it a great item to have if you prefer taking fights head-on, instead of tactical approaches.

Simply defeat Daigo to be rewarded with the Infernal Defenses Medallion and the Mythic Enhanced Spire Rifle, one of the new weapons to be introduced in this season of Chapter 6 Season 3 Super.

2) Shrouded Striker Medallion

The Shrouded Striker Medallion offers players invisibility when they sprint jump. Additionally, it also makes the sprint jump send you farther, faster, and higher. This unique combination of powers makes it a great asset for quick getaways or to get out of a tricky situation when ambushed.

Defeat Daigo's lieutenant, Kor, to obtain the Shrouded Striker Medallion and Kor’s Deadeye DMR, a powerful Mythic long-ranged weapon that packs quite a punch. The pairing of this medallion and the weapon is great for players who prefer to take out enemies from a distance and want to make a clean getaway when discovered.
