The Australian Cricket Team will tour the United Arab Emirates to play against Pakistan in a two- test and three Twenty20 Internationals series. The tour will last from September 29, 2018 to October 28, 2018.
Earlier this year in February, Pakistan invited New Zealand for a series in the UAE but the latter refused and asked for a series in Malaysia. So, after talking to Cricket Australia and Emirates Cricket Board, Pakistan Board got the permission to host the Aussies there.
A four- day warm up match will be played before the commencement of the test series. The two tests will be played at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium and Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium respectively.
The first T20I will be hosted by Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium while the next two matches will take place at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium.
Four- day match: September 29 – October 2, 2018 at ICC Academy Ground, Dubai
1st test match: October 7-11, 2018 at Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai
2nd test match: October 16-20, 2018 at Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium, Abu Dhabi

3rd T20I: October 28, 2018 at Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai
Australian opener Matt Renshaw is in a race against time before the team to be announced for the first test match as he faced a hamstring strain during the recently concluded Quadrangular series in India.
Since David Warner and Cameron Bancroft are serving their ban, Renshaw holds a key position at the opening slot for the Australian side.
The left handed batsman has represented Australia in 11 tests so far in which he scored 636 runs at an average of 33.47 with a lone century.
