"December 3 confirmed 100%": Latest Rockstar post gets GTA 6 fans talking once again

A recent fan theory speculates that GTA 6 trailer 2 might be showcased at a rumored Sony PlayStation event on December 3, 2024. The Grand Theft Auto fanbase has presented many theories regarding the upcoming title's second trailer, often seeking possible hints in Rockstar Games' social media posts.

User TGG (@TGGonYT) highlighted the number three in the developer's latest X post, although seemingly as a joke, referencing the December 3 theory:

"I see you, December 3 confirmed 100% undeniable proof."

The post in question is for The Diamond Casino Heist week in GTA Online's The Heist Challenge. As seen in the tweet above, TGG has highlighted the number three on the telephone in the artwork.

Another X user, @InbasagarNadar, jokingly highlighted the same number on the keypad, adding to the GTA 6 December 3 fan theory:

Those wondering if this might be a GTA 6 teaser should note that the artwork isn't new, and the number three is also present in previous renditions.

As of this writing, it has been almost a year since the first Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer dropped, but there is still no sign of the next one. Given how long fans have been waiting for the game, speculations and theories regarding it possibly being teased are common on social media.

The recent GTA 6 trailer 2 moon theory is another example of this. Meanwhile, TGG had also speculated about Rockstar possibly teasing the sequel with blue and pink reflections in the Police Predator Boat post.

However, given the poor success rate of such theories, many fans prefer taking a skeptical approach, chiming in with their own jokes.

Although there is no indication of when to expect the next GTA 6 trailer, we do know that the title has a fall 2025 release window, as confirmed by Rockstar's parent company, Take-Two Interactive, in its earnings calls this year.

The final week of GTA Online's The Heist Challenge has begun, with Rockstar Games uploading a post about it on X today, November 28. However, as usual, most user comments were about the series' next installment.

As mentioned, Grand Theft Auto YouTuber TGG also reacted to the post while fan theories suggest the upcoming title's second trailer might drop on December 3. However, there have been no official announcements regarding this.
