Hardy begins building momentum. The inverted atomic drop, split leg drop/dropkick combo, and body splash all connect for a two-count.

Sami Zayn hits a nasty diving elbow to the base of Jeff Hardy's head but can't get the win. He moves up top but is crotched by Hardy. With that, he's able to bring the Intercontinental Champion down with a top rope superplex.
...
Back from the break and Sami Zayn has the match in full control. During a seated chin lock, Zayn reminds Hardy that his Intercontinental Title reign was a shame, and Hardy is a fraud.
...
Zayn is set up for Poetry in Motion on the barricade. As Jeff hits the stairs for the dive, Zayn moves out of the way, sending Hardy crashing into the barricade instead.

At some point, Sami Zayn apparently removed a turnbuckle pad prior to the match. Jeff blocks a toss into it and sends Zayn to the floor for a baseball slide dropkick.

I will personally pay Michael Cole a crisp $20 to never say Boss Time ever again.

...
Owens feels that if he understands what's happened to Alexa Bliss, he'll hopefully understand what happened to Aleister Black.

Bliss asks if Owens has ever been around The Fiend. Your spine goes cold, your body numb. When he looks into your eyes, you're unable to get away. Owens claims that Bliss is brainwashed. Bliss admits it but claims its more of a cleansing than anything else.
...
Owens claims that the anger and frustration he sees in Alexa Bliss is something he also sees in Aleister Black on RAW. The Alexa Bliss he sees in front of him is not the one he used to know back at the Performance Center.

Bliss asks if Kevin wants to change and become better. Owens states that he does, which may end up letting The Fiend in.
...
Kevin Owens states that after the WWE Draft, he could be making SmackDown his new home. When WWE offered him the opportunity to come here to host the KO Show, he jumped at the opportunity. HE has a lot of questions for his guest tonight, the Goddess Alexa Bliss.
