Minecraft Championship (MCC) Party 2: List of all competing players and team names announced

Minecraft Championship (MCC) Party 2 is set to be the fifty-third event of the MC Championship and the eighth event in Season 4. The action-packed event begins on December 7, 2024, and will be the last event before the year ends. Ahead of Party 2, all the teams and their members have been officially announced. While some are familiar names, others might send you on a trip down memory lane.

1) Red Rabbits

The Red Rabbits is a competing team in Minecraft Championship (MCC) Party 2 and is one of the ten original teams in MCC. The team has many variations such as Red Ravens or Red Reindeer for special events. This team currently comprises:

Bdubs: One-time competitor known for his contribution to Hermitcraft and Life series.
cubfan135: Recurring participant known for Hermitcraft and technical Minecraft.
OwengeJuice: Familiar competitor in MCC famous for the Outsiders SMP as well as for being the former videographer for Noxcrew.
PeteZahHutt: Streamer and YouTuber known for the How to Minecraft series, Vault Hunters SMP, and more.

2) Orange Ocelots

Orange Ocelots is one of the original ten teams, who have made a return to all events except the themed ones. The team is made up of:

Antfrost: Known for Dream's Manhunt series and his role on the popular Dream SMP.
GeminiTay: Recurring competitor known for Empires SMP, Hermitcraft, and Life Series.
impulseSV: Returning competitor known for Hermitcraft, Life Series, and more
Smajor1995: Official co-organizer along with Noxite and responsible for inviting/recruiting players.

The Yellow Yaks, originally known as Yellow Chickens, changed their name during MCC 3. They have event-specific variants such as Mustard Mummies, Yellow Yetis, and more. These are the current members:

DrGluon: One of the original forty members of MCC known for The Sims series.
Purpled: Recurring MCC participant known for Hypixel Bed Wars and the Dream SMP.
Sneegsnag: Recurring player known for Minecraft content and the Origins SMP.
vGumiho: Known for PPSAT, Pummel Party, and Valorant streams

4) Lime Llamas

Lime Llamas is a current team in the Minecraft Championship (MCC) Party 2 and one of the original 10 teams in the event. This is how the current team looks:

bekyamon: Recurring competitor known for Rats SMP, Onetry SMP, and more.
hannahxxrose: Known for Dream SMP, Lifesteal SMP, Hypixel Bed Wars, and Hoplite Battle Royale.

Green Geckos is a relatively new team introduced in MCC 17 as a replacement for the former Green Guardians. The Geckos were revealed alongside Cyan Coyotes. The team for Minecraft Championship (MCC) Party 2 currently comprises the following members:

fWhip: Recurring competitor known for Minecraft Survival Series.
GoodTimesWithScar: Known for Hermitcraft and Life SMP.
jojosolos: Recurring competitor in MCC known for her content and collaborations with other content creators.
Ph1LzA: Twitch streamer and YouTuber popular for his Minecraft hardcore series.

6) Cyan Coyotes

Cyan Coyotes was introduced alongside Green Geckos in MCC 17 as a replacement for Cyan Creepers. For Minecraft Championship (MCC) Party 2, the team is currently made up of:

AQUINO: YouTuber and streamer known for gaming and reaction videos.
Capitan Gato: Inactive MCC player known for Spanish Minecraft content.
Shadoune666: Known for Spanish Minecraft, Hypixel, Speedrunning, and more.
Soarinng: Famous for Minecraft content.

7) Aqua Axolotls

Aqua Axolotls is a current Minecraft Championship (MCC) Party 2 team that replaced the former Aqua Horses after MCC 6. The team has themed variants such as Aqua Abominations which won the MCC Haunted Hoedown this year. They are currently made up of:

BadBoyHalo: Owner of MunchyMC and known for collaborations with Skeppy and Dream.
CaptainPuffy: One of the original 40 players known for Dream SMP and Vault Hunter SMP.
Feinberg: One of the best speedrunners known for his Minecraft speedrunning content.

Blue Bats is one of the original ten teams that debuted in MCC 1 and has event-specific variants, such as Blue Banshees, Sapphre Santas, and more. The current members of the team competing in the Minecraft Championship (MCC) Party 2 are:

CaptainSparklez: Recurring MCC player known for Minecraft content, collaborations, music videos, and more.
fruitberries: Known for his speedrunning videos and Valorant streams. Also known for designing traps on Ultra Hardcore and other modes on Hypixel.
Shubble: Known for her variety content on Minecraft, Among Us, and more.
Skizzleman: Known for Hermitcraft server and the Life Series.

HBomb94: Recurring competitor known for Dream SMP and Vault Hunters SMP
rendog: Former player famous for Minecraft SMP videos on the Hermitcraft server

Grian: Popular YouTuber and Minecraft creator widely known for Hermitcraft as well as the creator of the Life Series.
InTheLittleWood: Returning competitor known for content on Minecraft, Fortnite, and more.
