Mojang has three titles under its belt: Minecraft, Minecraft Dungeons, and Minecraft Legends. The latter two games have lots of features and ideas from the original sandbox title, but Mojang hardly takes ideas from the games they developed later and incorporates them into their first.
Since the Java Edition is based on the Java coding language, there are loads of community-made mods that add features, including some that add Dungeons and Legends features. One of them is called the Minecraft Dungeons mod. Here is everything to know about it.

What does the Dungeons Perspective offer?

If you have played Minecraft Dungeons, you must have noticed that the game has a completely different POV compared to the first-person view of the original sandbox title. You look at your character at an angle from above, which makes it an angled overhead view.
This mod simply brings that camera option to the original Minecraft. You will have a top-down view of your character moving around the world, exploring the Overworld, Nether, and the End. When you enter a cave system, you will see the cave from the outside, as if you are in spectator mode.
The angle of the top-down camera will be at a 45° angle, and the camera can be rotated 360° around that same axis. This perspective can be entered by pressing F4 after the mod is installed, and the camera can be moved around by pressing the middle mouse button around your character.
If you have Mod Menu installed, you can configure even more settings offered by the mod. For example, you can toggle the click-to-move option, which allows you to move the character just by right-clicking on the destination block. Your character will automatically.
