In ARK Survival Ascended, you can find special items known as artifacts at the tail end of caves. Their only functionality is to summon the many bosses in the game. These will emit a pulsating light to signal their presence. You'll see the light as you get closer to their location. You can also place them on Artifact Pedestals as decorations.
Currently, there is only one map in ARK Survival Ascended, known as The Island. The game will introduce more maps as DLCs, according to its roadmap. On this island, you can get a total of 10 artifacts.

- Artifact of the Brute (Latitude: 60.8, Longitude: 22.0) is located at The Caverns of Lost Faith (Latitude: 53.6, Longitude: 10.5). You can use it as a summoning material for Megapithecus.
