Dune Awakening: How to farm Insulated Fabric

Dune Awakening’s Insulated Fabric is going to become an incredibly important resource, when you’re trying to make better Blood Bags and better versions of the Literjon, such as the Decaliterjon. The downside to it is it’s really only easily found in a couple of locations in an out-of-the-way portion of the Hagga Basin map. Thankfully, it’s not impossible to find, and these locations can net you significant chunks of this fabric.

Whether you’re trying to make Blood Bags or a Stilltent, Insulated Fabric is going to be one of the more important mid-to-late game resources in Dune Awakening. If you’re stumped on where exactly you can find it, we’re here to help you out.

Where to farm Insulated Fabric in Dune Awakening

You can find Insulated Fabric in Dune Awakening’s The O’odham Area, but there are very specific locations you should check for it. Instead of blindly searching around, there are three Exploration locations you should visit, which you can find on the map below for easy access.

You’ll want to explore Stonestep Village, Mendek's Shithole, and Rockwarren Village, and all three have been circled on the map. It’s possible you could find the fabric in other Exploration spots in The O’odham, but these for our money are the best ones. They’re also in a line, so you can take your Ornithopter to these places, fly easily, loot the containers, and wait for respawn.

These areas aren’t empty either, so make sure you’re well-geared and well-prepared to fight. There’s plenty of great loot in the chests in these areas, so on top of Insulated Fabric farming in Dune Awakening, you could score other useful crafting materials.

Other than these areas, your other best bet is going to be taking advantage of the auction house in either Arrakeen or Harko Village. The downside to that is that you may not find it there at all, and if you do, the prices run the risk of being incredibly exorbitant. It’s entirely up to players what they want to charge.

If you’re looking for Insulated Fabric, your best bet is likely going to be to just farm the Exploration locations in The O’odham area of Arrakis, unless you’ve got a lot of spare Solaris burning a hole in your pocket, and are a very busy server.
