In Dune Awakening, advanced crafting requires components that are often hard to come by. Two of the most important materials you’ll need are Particle Capacitors and Advanced Servoks. These are essential for building powerful gear, enhancing base modules, and crafting high-tier tech upgrades. From crafting the Holtzman Shields to vehicles like the Ornithopters, all require these materials.
This guide will show you exactly where and how to find both resources efficiently in the deserts of Arrakis.

Where to find Particle Capacitors in Dune Awakening

Particle Capacitors are used in many energy-based crafting recipes and higher-tier crafting stations. You’ll only find them in specific high-level zones across the treacherous deserts of Arrakis.
Location
- Key Area: Imperial Testing Stations
- Terrain: Inside a large mountain structure
These massive dungeons offer a complicated and dangerous way of farming massive amounts of basic and rare materials required for higher-tier crafting. These dungeons are often crawling with enemies, so be mindful.
Tip: Have as much inventory space as possible when farming Imperial Research Stations; bring only the absolute necessary items if you want to carry back all the loot from the location. If you don’t find any on the first run, return after some time. Loot containers respawn regularly.
Caution
These areas are often crowded with other players and hostile NPCs. Bring weapons, healing supplies, and possibly a vehicle for fast exits in a difficult situation.
Where to find Advanced Servoks in Dune Awakening

Advanced Servoks are precision tech items used in mechanical and robotic crafting. They're often located in the same place as Particle Capacitors, and often found side by side.
Location
- Same as Particle Capacitors: Imperial Testing Stations
How to get them
- Loot both large and small containers in the testing stations.
- Advanced Servoks may drop in the same containers as ammo, tech modules, or Particle Capacitors.
- Revisit the area after restock timers for multiple farming sessions.
Uses and crafting relevance

These components are used in dozens of recipes across various tech and survival paths.
Particle Capacitor:
- Energy core assemblies
- Weapon enhancements
- Power modules
- Advanced crafting stations
Advanced Servoks:
- Robotics and automation modules
- High-precision servomechanisms
- Structural crafting support
- Drone technology
Together, they are required in over 50 advanced recipes, especially for late-game progression.
