How to unlock and use the Obi-Wan Kenobi token in Monopoly Go

Continuing the Star Wars theme, Scopely has released the Obi-Wan Kenobi token in Monopoly Go. It resembles Obi-Wan, a Jedi Master who also trained Anakin Skywalker in Star Wars. To unlock it, players have to participate in the ongoing Tusken Treasures and reach a certain milestone. Apart from the exclusive token, the event also rewards dice rolls, sticker packs, and cash.

Custom tokens and shield skins are cosmetics that players can apply to their Monopoly Go tools and change their appearances. These are purely decorative and do not affect the gameplay.

That said, you need to complete these steps to acquire the Obi-Wan Kenobi token in Monopoly Go:

Step 1: Log in to Monopoly Go before 1 PM ET on June 8, 2025, and participate in the Tusken Treasures event.
Step 2: Play the event till you beat Level 18, which rewards the Obi-Wan Board token.
Step 3: Claim the newly rewarded token.

Since the token is tied to the Treasures Tusken, it will disappear once the event ends on June 8, 2025. Therefore, players must unlock the token before then.

How to use the Monopoly Go Obi-Wan Kenobi token

Once unlocked, you can use the Obi-Wan Kenobi token to represent your position on the Monopoly Board. Here's how you can apply it from the My Showroom tab:

Step 1: Go to the Player Profile by tapping on the button at the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Select the "My Showroom" option.
Step 3: Open the Tokens section, find the Obi-Wan token, and apply it.

Once the Obi-Wan token is unlocked in Monopoly Go, you can quickly equip it by tapping the Equip button. Also, you can later swap the token or the shield by visiting the My Showroom in the player profile.
