Adolis Garcia was born on March 2, 1993, in Ciego de Ávila, Cuba. However, he defected from Cuba in 2016 and came to play in Major Leagues. When he was in Cuba, he played in the Cuban National Series for the team Ciego de Ávila. Adolis played in the 2015 Pan American Games for the Cuban national team.
