Barry Bonds was born in River Side, California on 24 July 1964. He was born to Patricia Howard and Bobby Bonds. His father, Bobby, was also a great baseball player in the Major Leagues. He was the one likely to have inspired Barry’s passion for baseball. Barry Bond also has two brothers, Rick and Bobby Jr., and a sister named Cheryl Dugan. Barry was almost scouted in his high school but he refused the offer and went on to study in college and play baseball there. He attended Arizona State University.
