Sreejesh Parattu Ravindran is an Indian hockey player who was the goalkeeper of the Indian team at the 2010 Hockey World Cup. He played an excellent role in the first Asian Champions Trophy, 2011 in which India defeated Pakistan 4-2 in the final. He made two crucial saves in the penalty shootout. Sreejesh started his international career in 2004 with the junior Indian team in the Test series against Australia at Perth. He made his presence felt in the few matches he got to play while on tour to Pakistan and Malaysia. He saved a 25-yard penalty stroke against experienced Waseem and helped India win a point. PR Sreejesh is the first hockey international to emerge from the state of Kerala in many years. He represented India in Men's Hockey during the 2012 London Olympics.
