The Vans Ollie Emote is a unique item that is limited in number, just like other UGC items. Once every copy of this gesture is claimed, it will be rendered inaccessible, making it imperative to seize the unlock opportunity at the earliest.

You must complete three sets of objectives to unlock this emote, all of which can be viewed in the UGC tab. These missions include the following:

Complete 10 World Quests: You can complete the missions listed under the Main Quest tab on the right to make progress in this objective.
Reach Level 8: Collect XP by performing tricks, chaining long combos, and completing quests to level up. You can reach from level 1 to 8 within just a few minutes by doing so.
Complete 9 Daily Quests: You can switch to Daily Quests from the panel on the right by clicking the arrow next to the Main Quests tab. Complete nine of these to finish this objective.

Completing these three tasks will unlock the emote, and you will be able to view as well as equip it via the Roblox Player app.
