The France Men's National Field Hockey Team represents France in almost all major international field hockey competitions but is still to make mark as they are yet to win any of the three medals so far.

France last qualified for the Olympics in 1972 and since then they have failed to do so. In World Cup as well, they qualified this year (2018) for the first time since 1990 and similar story have remained in Champions Trophy, World Hockey League and EuroHockey Nations Championship.

The France National Hockey Team is currently placed at the 20th position in FIH rankings since July 2018, going into the 2018 World Cup.
