10 current WWE stars who will 100% make the Hall of Fame

The 10 stars on this list are guaranteed to enter the annual Hall of Fame program one day

The WWE Hall of Fame is one the most esteemed places to be in all of pro wrestling, despite it not being an actual place. An induction into the WWE Hall of Fame is the highest honour that a professional wrestler can receive for their contributions to the wrestling business.

Ever since its’ inception, the Hall of Fame has seen many wrestlers, wrestling personalities and celebrities inducted into it. However, fans are always curious so as to who will be going in next and who, out of the current crop of WWE Superstars, could probably be a part of it in the future.

The term “future Hall of Famer” is used very frequently to describe some of the current Superstars and therefore, in this slideshow, we will be taking a look at the 10 current WWE Superstars who will certainly be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame at some point in the future.

#10 Brock Lesnar

LAS VEGAS, NV - JULY 07: Mixed martial artist Brock Lesnar smiles as he takes questions from members of the media during an open workout for UFC 200 at T-Mobile Arena on July 7, 2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Lesnar will face Mark Hunt on July 9 in Las Vegas in a heavyweight bout that will serve as UFC 200's main event after Jon Jones was pulled from his light heavyweight title fight against Daniel Cormier due to a potential violation of the UFC's anti-doping policy. Brock Lesnar is certainly a future WWE Hall of Famer

Brock Lesnar won the NCAA Division I collegiate wrestling championship as a senior at the University of Minnesota, the WWE Championship within six months of his debut and the UFC Heavyweight Title in his fourth professional MMA fight.

He’s also The One in 22-1, achieving the impossible at WrestleMania 30 by becoming the first (and only) Superstar to defeat The Undertaker on The Grandest Stage of Them All.

Despite his part-time schedule, Brock is one of the biggest WWE attractions of all-time, hence why he can call his own shots and earn more than every other Superstar on the roster. Brock is worth every penny and well worth his guaranteed Hall of Fame spot.

#9 Kane

Kane has had a long, storied career in the WWE

Following months of speculation, Kane made his first appearance on Oct. 5, 1997, at Bad Blood. He ripped the cage door off during the first-ever Hell in a Cell Match between Shawn Michaels and Undertaker.

Kane kicked the Deadman in the stomach and Tombstoned him, allowing a bloody Michaels to pin The Undertaker for the victory.

20 years later, Kane remains in the WWE having won the WWE Championship, the ECW Championship, the Intercontinental Championship, the World Tag Team Championship, the WCW Tag Team Championship and the Hardcore Championship. He has even survived the horrendous Katie Vick storyline.

Kane’s retirement isn’t far off, so you are likely to see him enter the Hall of Fame in the next three years.

#8 Nikki Bella

Nikki Bella has had an illustrious career

Nikki Bella is a former two-time WWE Divas Champion, with her second reign of 301 days recognised as the longest in the title's history. However, the main legacy of Nikki will be her role on Total Divas, which lead to the spin-off series, Total Bellas.

The Bella twins were the faces of the WWE women making the successful mainstream cross-over to the E! network. There are now actual people out there who know the stars of Total Divas and don’t even watch (or know anything about) the WWE Product.

Recently, Nikki added to her impressive resume, when E! News revealed that she will be an executive producer for Total Divas when the show returns to E! in April. It can be argued that Nikki is the most successful WWE female of all-time.

#7 Randy Orton

Randy Orton has had a legendary career

After signing with the WWE, Orton became a member of the Evolution stable, which quickly led to a WWE Intercontinental Championship reign, his first title with the company.

Orton also acquired the moniker of "The Legend Killer" during a storyline where he began disrespecting Hall of Famers and physically attacking veterans of the industry outside of appropriate restrictions.

At age 24, Orton became the youngest person ever to hold the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

Overall, Orton has won 14 total championships in WWE. He is also the winner of the 2009 Royal Rumble match and has headlined many pay-per-view events for the organisation, including WrestleMania XXV.

His retirement is many years away, however, like most people on this list, he will also headline his Hall of Fame class when he’s done.

#6 Roman Reigns

Roman Reigns has left his mark on the business already

Despite being in the early stages of his WWE career, it’s clear Roman will make the Hall of Fame, with WWE being adamant to make him the face of the company, despite his mixed fan reactions.

Roman Reigns will receive every chance possible to succeed in the upcoming years.

He is already a three-time WWE World Heavyweight Champion, a former WWE United States Champion and a former Tag Team Champion. He is also a member of the highly esteemed and well respected Anoa'i family.

There should be no doubt in anyone’s mind that Roman Reigns will be getting inducted into the Hall of Fame in the future.

#5 Chris Jericho

Jericho is loved by the fans

When the sun finally sets on the Hall of Fame career of Chris Jericho, professional wrestling fans of my age will look back and thank whomever they must that we were able to be party to the evolution of such a legendary performer.

Jericho will surely go down as one of the greatest of all time, and we've grown up with him. It has been said that the key to longevity in any art form is the ability to change with the times, and Jericho has proven himself to be more than adept at this.

He has been wrestling since 1990, with his debut coming in Extreme Championship Wrestling in 1995. He quickly moved to WCW before finally ending up in the WWE, where Y2J has been ever since. That makes it almost 26 years of professional wrestling and 21 in front of a large audience.

Jericho has tweaked his persona on a number of occasions, and usually with success - and it is this willingness to try, that has set him apart from his peers.

#4 Triple H

Triple H is certainly going into the Hall of Fame

He joined the WWE in 1995 with the on-screen persona of wealthy and sophisticated Hunter Hearst Helmsley.

He later changed his name to Triple H and adopted an alternative image in the stable D-Generation X. After the dissolution of DX, Triple H was pushed as a main event wrestler, winning several singles championships.

As part of a storyline, Triple H married Stephanie McMahon, who later became his real-life spouse. In 2003, Triple H formed another stable known as Evolution, and in 2006, briefly reformed DX with Shawn Michaels.

Overall, Helmsley is a fourteen-time world champion: a nine-time WWE Champion, and a five-time World Heavyweight Champion. In addition, he won the 1997 King of the Ring, the 2002 Royal Rumble and the 2016 Royal Rumble, and was also the second Grand Slam Champion.

Some believe that he may not go in the Hall of Fame because of his role in the WWE, but I disagree. As soon as he officially hangs up his boots, Triple H will and should end up with multiple Hall of Fame rings – as a singles star and for the induction of DX.

#3 John Cena

John Cena is certainly a future Hall of Famer

Ever since he turned from bad-guy, rap-spewing Doctor of Thuganomics heel into a good-guy, flag-saluting babyface, John Cena became and has stayed WWE chairman Vince McMahon's Number One guy.

He's Number One in WWE titles conferred, Number One in merchandise sales, Number One in appearance requests and Number One in terms of maybe even surpassing his two biggest predecessors, The Rock and Hulk Hogan.

At the 2017 Royal Rumble, John Cena became the 16-time World Champion, equalling Ric Flair’s record of 16 World title reigns. Cena’s next reign will make him the standalone record holder.

John Cena will probably be considered by some to be the greatest of all-time by the time he hangs up his boots, especially given the quality of his matches, as he remarkably continues to get better with age.

#2 The Undertaker

The Deadman needs to be in the Hall of Fame over anyone else

Between having one of the greatest gimmicks in the business, to the respect that he has earned from over two decades in the WWE to his WrestleMania “Streak”, The Undertaker has faced them all and he’s beaten them all.

The Undertaker’s career has seen wars with his brother Kane, an unforgettably brutal Hell In A Cell match with Mankind, and dozens of other memorable matches, including a run of WrestleMania matches from 2007-2013, where, in my opinion, he was involved in the best match of the night for seven years in a row.

His unbeaten streak wasn’t the only thing that was beaten in his WrestleMania XXX match with Brock Lesnar. Taker’s body has been beaten badly over the years as well, and yet he still appeared once a year and risks that body to show his love for the business and the fans.

The Undertaker retired this year, but his legacy is long lasting and will never be forgotten. His Hall Of Fame induction will be one of the most special inductions in the history of the traditional ceremony.

#1 Daniel Bryan

A true people’s champion

My top choice, simply as I feel that he will headline the next year’s class. A gifted performer respected by fans across the globe, the 5’10” grappler was a darling of the independent scene for nearly a decade.

The highlight of his career will always be his once-in-a-lifetime route to capturing the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 30, which was anything but straightforward.

Fans demanded that Daniel Bryan be pushed and given the Championship, and would literally ruin segments were other wrestlers were pushed ahead of Bryan.

The WWE finally caved and booked a segment where Bryan and multiple fans occupied the ring and refused to leave, resulting in an irate Triple H agreeing to Bryan's demand for a match at WrestleMania XXX with the stipulation that the winner would be inserted into the WWE World Heavyweight Championship match at the event.

At WrestleMania XXX, Bryan defeated Triple H and was inserted into the title match.

He went into the main event with a badly injured shoulder but still defeated Randy Orton and Batista to win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship by making Batista tap out to the Yes Lock, despite interference from the Authority and a crooked referee.

Somehow, the man behind the Yes! Movement defied the expectations of management and proved to the world that looks can certainly be deceiving. Sadly, Bryan’s career was cut short by injury, however, his Hall of Fame induction is a certainty.

Headlining next year’s class in New Orleans would be truly fitting.
