When Hulk Hogan jumped ship to the WCW from WWE in the 1990s, there was a gaping hole that needed to be filled. Who would be the top babyface in the company? Vince's bright idea was to push Lex Luger into that role.

Luger was an incredibly dumb young man whose claim to fame were his massive muscles. He was instantly rejected by the fans due to his inability to form coherent sentences and the fact that he was being pushed down their throats.

The dumbest moment on WWE television came courtesy of Luger.

When he was up against Yokozuna in a WWE Title match, Luger won the match via count out and went on to celebrate with all of his buddies and the US National Flag while confetti rained down from the ceiling despite the fact that the title was still Yokozuna's as Championships can only change hands via pinfall or submissions.

This moment truly cemented him as one of the dumbest wrestlers ever.
