Change is the only constant when it comes to the world of WWE. While there are certain characters like The Undertaker that have remained the same for a number of years, even they have gone through multiple changes every now and then.

It is very important to keep the characters of WWE Superstars fresh at all times as complacency can result in the Superstar getting stale and losing steam. There have been multiple backstage reports that state that WWE is looking to change the characters of certain current Superstars by tweaking their gimmicks and hoping them to give them a new boost.

Let us take a look at 5 such Superstars who will be getting a major change to their characters in the coming weeks:

#5 Becky Lynch

It was recently announced that Becky Lynch will be sharing the cover of WWE 2K20 along with Roman Reigns. While that comes as great news for all her fans, there is no denying that The Man has been losing steam as of late.

Ever since Lynch won the first-ever women's main event at Wrestlemania 35, she started to show more babyface traits than the tweener character that she portrayed before. Even her recent stint as her real-life partner Seth Rollin' tag team partner did not exactly excite the fans much.

As per reports from the Observer, "WWE is doing things trying to get Becky Lynch over like she was during her initial run to the title." They also stated that WWE wants to turn Becky Lynch into a female Stone Cold blurring the lines between babyface and heel.

Lynch has already started portraying more of the 'devil may care' attitude in her on-going feud with Natalya, but it is safe to assume that The Man will surely be unleashing her 'heel' side even more in the coming weeks.

#4 Finn Balor

While the Demon King might be one of the most popular characters in WWE right now, unfortunately, the same can not be said about Finn Balor himself.

As reported by our team member Tom Colohue, Vince McMahon doesn't consider Balor to be over. While he likes the Demon character, it is stated that the creative find the character very limiting. Which is why WWE wants to reboot the Demon persona in such a way that it makes Finn Balor much more appealing. It is believed that the concept itself needs to be re-imagined.

Finn Balor is reportedly going on a break from WWE after SummerSlam, and we hope that Balor WWE has some major plans ready for The Extraordinary Man by the time he returns. Balor will take on the recently returned Bray Wyatt and it is highly unlikely that Balor will walk off with a win at SummerSlam.

#3 Daniel Bryan

Ever since D-Bry lost the SmackDown Tag Team Championships he has been floundering on the roster without any real program. The former WWE Champion has been teasing us with a 'career-altering' announcement for the past few weeks but is yet to reveal his plans.

However, as per SportsKeeda's Tom Colohue, Eric Bishoff is highly impressed with Daniel Bryan and wants to make him the top heel on SmackDown. This would mean that Bryan will start embracing a more intense character instead of the overly gimmicky 'savior of the planet' schtick he has been running with as of late.

There are other rumors as well, which state that Daniel Bryan will most likely be revealed as the man who has been attacking Roman Reigns backstage. A feud between The Big Dog and Daniel Bryan may be in the works before Bryan moves on to challenge Kofi Kingston for the WWE Championship.

#2 Liv Morgan

Liv Morgan made her main roster debut as part of the faction called The Riott Squad along with Ruby Riott and Sarah Logan. While both those Superstars have been MIA for a long time, it looks like WWE might have some plans for Morgan in the coming time.

Morgan had hinted at a character change during her last appearance on SmackDown when she stated that 'she is going to be real' when she makes her return to WWE after she had just lost her match against Charlotte Flair.

Morgan recently tweeted some cryptic messages that could hint the direction her new character might be heading once she makes her return. It can be seen in the video that Morgan might get a much darker character and a twisted new gimmick as compared to her lively and bubbly character as part of The Riott Squad.

Here is what Morgan recently tweeted:

Rain is cleansing.

#1 Seth Rollins

The former Universal Champion is also on WWE's radar for getting some tweaks in his current character. As per reports from Observer, WWE wants The Architect to become 'cool' - something he most certainly isn't, as of now.

While being paired with Lynch, Rollins relied on his goofy antics and comic timing (which he doesn't have much of) and instead came across as a weak Champion. However, instead of turning Seth heel or focusing more on his intense persona, WWE's idea of making him look cool involves segments like the one with Street Profits backstage.

Rollins will be taking on the Universal Champion Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam this Sunday in Toronto. While it is unlikely that Seth Rollins will come out victorious, hopefully, the match does not end up being a complete decimation of The Architect much like we have seen for the past two weeks on RAW.
