Mandy Rose came to WWE from Tough Enough back in 2015. She was initially in a relationship with Michael Lubic when she appeared as a cast member on the E! Network reality show, Total Divas.
On Chasing Glory with Lilian Garcia, Rose confirmed that she was in a relationship with NXT Star Tino Sabbatelli after the couple attended the 2018 Hall of Fame ceremony together. The couple has remained private about their relationship over the past few years. There have been many rumors regarding their split throughout Rose's recent storyline with Otis.
As part of WWE's budget cuts back in April, the company released Tino Sabbatelli and he never made an appearance outside of NXT. Rose recently revealed how her real-life boyfriend felt about her on-screen relationship with Otis, and many fans believe Rose is referring to Sabbatelli.
My boyfriend doesn’t have an issue with it. It’s all a storyline and entertainment. If he got jealous of this, or if any guy did, it wouldn’t work out, honestly.
Rose remains a part of the Otis storyline on SmackDown while the star could be in line for a push as part of the women's division.
