Survivor Series 1997, will always be remembered for the infamous 'Montreal Screwjob'.

The WWF champion at the time, Bret Hart, in front of his home crowd in Montreal was defeated by Shawn Michaels as he locked the Sharpshooter and Vince McMahon called for the bell without Bret tapping out. This would be Hitman's final match in WWF as a full-time wrestler. The promotion was later rebranded to become WWE.

Almost a decade later, Bret made a comeback to the squared circle, albeit not as a full-time wrestler but a WWE legend. Hart would have his revenge against McMahon when the two went head-to-head at WrestleMania 26 in 2010. Bret made Vince submit to the Sharpshooter, much to the delight of the Hart family in attendance as well as the WWE Universe.
