Lashley has had an incredible MMA career in Bellator and beyond, holding a professional record of 15 wins and two losses, with eight wins via submission and four via knockout.
After confirming that he was still contracted to Bellator and was hoping to be involved in more fights in the near future, Lashley teased a huge WWE vs AEW contest, hinting that a fight could be on the cards between himself and Jake Hager, who is also currently fighting under the Bellator banner.
Swagger's out there doing it, at Heavyweight, in Bellator. You never know! I'd be up for fighting anybody.
Oddly, Hager was recently in the news for telling Rusev and Lana to leave WWE - with Rusev and Lashley currently involved in a rivalry of which Lana plays a big part in.
Hager's last MMA fight ended in a no-contest following a controversial ending, and it looks likely that he will continue to fight as part of the promotion.
The Dominator would also go on to name several WWE Superstars he believed could transition into the world of MMA - namely Baron Corbin, Samoa Joe, Shelton Benjamin, Cesaro, and even the likes of Drew McIntyre, despite saying he may "bite someone's head off" and get thrown in jail if he tried.
Meanwhile, I also asked Lashley about his pairing with Lio Rush, which celebrity he'd take on if he could choose anyone from outside of wrestling, and which NXT star would be his dream opponent at Survivor Series.
Thanks to WWE for setting up the chat with Bobby Lashley.
