Drew McIntyre may be looking to checkmate the World Heavyweight Champion at WWE Crown Jewel so as to once again sit atop the mountain, but he is already a main event superstar in the eyes of the vast majority of viewers.

Whether the same can be said about his opponent tonight on RAW, Sami Zayn, is up for debate. While the former tag team champion has managed to pull off a remarkable fight opposite Roman Reigns in February, he is yet to win the big one.

Sami Zayn, 39, even acknowledged this on the season premiere of RAW last Monday night. Much like the Scot himself, the former has something to prove.

Ahead of their one-on-one contest, Drew McIntyre reminded Zayn of their last encounter on SmackDown, which the former WWE Champion won after the latter walked out on him:

"I hope you don't bottle it tonight again, @samizayn," McIntyre wrote on Twitter/X.

Check out a clip of their match that the Scot shared below:

Sami Zayn's tag partner, Kevin Owens, was revealed on Friday night in the season premiere of the blue brand, as the trade for Jey Uso moving to RAW. The drama between the former Bloodline members continue on Monday nights.

Jey Uso will take on Judgment Day star Damian Priest on WWE RAW

Last week, Sami Zayn acknowledged how Judgment Day made both his and The Prizefighter's time as champions miserable on the flagship show. In the show's main event, Damian Priest and Finn Balor regained the Undisputed Tag Team Championship from Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso, after the latter's twin brother, Jimmy Uso, interfered.

The title change caught viewers off-guard, as Jey Uso and Cody Rhodes had only won the belts at WWE Fastlane days earlier. It's an interesting turn of events that will likely have a must-watch follow-up tonight, as is the trend with WWE of late. The show is scheduled to air live from the American Airlines in Dallas, Texas.

Mr. Money in the Bank Damian Priest, meanwhile, confirmed that his match against "Main Event" Jey Uso will headline the show. The Archer of Infamy even disclosed recently that Rhea Ripley has a plan for Drew McIntyre. Check out the details here.
