Doing something off-script in WWE, especially against former Chairman Vince McMahon, never ended on good terms. However, not only did Paul do it scot-free but Vince was even the one who opened the idea to the Hall of Famer.

On the November 15, 2001, episode of SmackDown, Paul aired his grievances to WWE and Vince to the former Chairman himself. During the promo, Heyman said that Vince's children hate their father, cursed at Vince, accused the former Chairman of going against Vince McMahon's Sr.'s beliefs, destroying ECW, that the people working in the back kissed Vince's behind, talked about Vince's affairs, and more.

Years later, Paul Heyman revealed that Vince asked him to do a shoot promo against him. McMahon did not give the former any limitations and didn't even bother knowing what he would say as long as the former would draw him money.

#3. Ruining a fan's proposal

On November 13, 2017, Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman were delivering a promo on RAW in preparation for The Beast's face-off against AJ Styles at Survivor Series when the crowd started chanting "She said yes" after a fan proposed to their partner.

Brock visibly smiled while Paul looked at the crowd, a bit confused about the interruption. After gathering his thoughts, Heyman said the female fan only said yes because "She's never been up close to a Beast like Brock Lesnar." He added that interrupting his promo is like stepping up against Lesnar as they "ain't got a chance."

At the 2015 SummerSlam, Brock Lesnar and The Undertaker were set for a rematch after the former destroyed Taker's WrestleMania streak earlier that year. En route to The Biggest Party of the Summer, Heyman laid out a chilling message to The Deadman.

On the July 20, 2015, episode of Monday Night RAW, Heyman reminded Taker that Brock ruined his WrestleMania streak and that The Deadman could "sell his soul to the devil" but his behind now belonged to The Beast Incarnate. The segment ended with both wrestling legends engaging in an intense brawl.

#1. Paul Heyman mocks Jerry Lawler's heart attack

On the September 12, 2012, episode of WWE RAW, Jerry Lawler legitimately collapsed due to a heart attack while on the commentary desk with Michael Cole. Fans saw The King be stretched out and fight for his life. Fortunately, the Hall of Famer returned on the November 12 episode but was immediately mocked by Paul Heyman and CM Punk.

Just as Lawler was addressing the crowd about his return, Punk and Paul cut him off and not only insulted him with words but also disrespected the former commentator by Heyman pretending that he was having a heart attack and reenacting the entire scene.
