WWE News: WWE announces huge matches for tour of Japan

Spurred by the success of last year’s Beast in the East event, WWE is again travelling to Japan. Hosted at the Sumo Hall in Tokyo, this year’s tour of Japan will last 2 days – July 1st and July 2nd .

Wrestlinginc.com confirms that former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins has been added to the match card of the Japan tour. The updated card is below :

July 1st:

*Kevin Owens vs Chris Jericho vs Seth Rollins vs WWE World Champion Roman Reigns

*The Usos vs Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows vs The Vaudevillains vs WWE Tag team Champions The New Day

*Natalya vs WWE Women’s Champion Charlotte

*Becky Lynch vs NXT Women’s Champion Asuka

*John Cena vs AJ Styles

*Bray Wyatt vs Shinsuke Nakamura

*Titus O’Neil vs Baron Corbin

*Dolph Zigler vs Curtis Axel

July 2nd:

    • * Bray Wyatt vs Seth Rollins vs Chris Jericho vs Roman Reigns

* The Vaudevillains vs. The New Day

Although Beast in the East aired on the WWE Network, it seems that WWE will not be airing this year’s tour on the Network, hence making it a live event only.
