The moment it was announced that Kofi and Rollins would be facing off with both titles on the line, the fear of the WWE Champion losing the title began creeping up. There was no way WWE was going to make Rollins lose to Kofi at this point.

This led to a tag team match between the villains and the two champions. A Curb-Stomp on Cesaro ended the match with both champions coming out on top to send the fans home happy.

Although the absence of star power hurt things a bit here on this edition of Raw, this is a good thing moving forward. Giving regular stars the center stage is the exact way to build them for the future.
