Lazarus episode 10 opens with an introduction that reveals the state of the world, with a strong emphasis that humanity is not going to see another Sunday. Moreover, it returns to the main cast as they analyze the pill they found at Skinner's house and discover that it was something he was taking for his artificial heart treatment, with them attempting to track down the hospital where he was treated.

Hersch points out to the other characters that he probably went to a hospital that is private to the elite and has kept information disclosed. However, Leland suggests a way for them to find the information, with him, Axel, and Doug heading to a mansion that is revealed to be the place where the former grew up.

This is the portion of the installment where audiences are introduced to Leland's half-sister, and it is revealed that their father and older brother passed away, making the former the inheritor of the family's fortune, as Axel and Doug witness their fight. Ultimately, she agrees to give them information regarding the hospital of their family, and Leland makes a promise that he is going to spend a weekend with them, signaling that he intends to stop this once and for all.

There is a small scene during this episode that highlights the presence of HQ before proceeding to focus on Hersch and Abel, with them looking at a terrorist attack in an airport years ago, with the revelation that Skinner was there. It is also confirmed that this is the moment where he realized that the Hapna drug was too strong, coupled with a scene of Axel, Doug, and Leland talking with the doctor who gave them information regarding how to track Sinner.

That is when Lazarus episode 10 has a few scenes of the team using this data to find a possible way to track him down, leading to a hint at Pakistan. Moreover, Hersch requests Axel to protect the doctor from a prison in Arizona that experimented on him and other prisoners for a Hapna prototype. However, the episode ends with the assassin about to attack the protagonist.
