In the previous episode, Ellie Evergreen joined Shirota and Takamine during their study session. Amidst this, Ellie confronted Takamine about her relationship with Shirota. The anime later saw Takamine take charge of her class's Cinderella play for the Cultural Festival.

As hinted at by the anime's preview synopsis, Please Put Them On, Takamine-san! episode 11 will majorly focus on the class's preparations for the Cinderella play. Hence, fans can expect to see the episode open with the students deciding on whom to make their Prince Charming—Ouji Seiya or Koushi Shirota. Given the situation, fans can hope to witness an audition or a class vote.

Soon after, the episode will focus on Takamine and Shirota's class preparing for the Cinderella play. As per the preview synopsis, the preparations will progress smoothly until the eve of the festival as the entire class energetically works toward preparing everything necessary for the big day.

Amidst this, Koushi Shirota is seemingly set to make a mistake on a task he was assigned. Fortunately for him, Takane Takamine will use her Eternal Virgin Road ability to help Shirota. Later, when Shirota tries to put on a new pair of underwear on Takamine, he will again make a mistake. However, instead of being angry with Shirota, she will continue her work without any trouble.

After the class finishes working on their preparations for the class play, Takane Takamine is likely to call Koushi Shirota to the school's rooftop.
